Welcome,

  What is Collaborative Family Practice?
Collaborative Family Practice is an approach to separation and divorce without going to or threatening to go to court. It allows the parties to develop a settlement solution in a dignified manner that protects the long-term best interests of your family.
  Consultation

I believe in a respectful and principled approach to divorce. I have over 30 years of experience in family law and have been certified as a specialist by the Law Society of Upper Canada. My focus is on assisting clients who are going through separation and/or divorce. I promote non-adversarial solutions but am also prepared to represent clients in court if necessary.

As a client, the choice you make in how to best bring your situation to closure is an importantant one. Whether it be Negotiation, Collaborative Family Law, Mediation or Court, each process option involves varying degrees of emotional, time and financial involvement.
